Payment/Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 of the total price must be prior to booking your party/event. We will automatically cancel your booking if the deposit isn't made by the end of the business day that you book the party/event.  The balance for your party/events total price must be paid no later than 10 days before your scheduled date.  Extra fees may apply if the balance is not paid on time.  Please call us for special circumstances. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUNDS will be given if your booking is canceled within 5 days of your booking.

Privacy 

We at Tino's Mobile Gaming are committed to protecting your personal information. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Tino's Mobile Gaming as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience and gameplay. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Travel/Fuel 

A Travel/Fuel fee will be applied based on a one-way trip from the Bay County line in the direction of your event. We do not charge travel fees for events within our base county of service (Bay County). Any distance of travel over 55 miles or over one hour, a return fee (round trip) will be applied. Please review the fees below.

16 - 25 miles will be $45

26 - 40 miles will be $60 

41 - 55 miles will be $75

Long-distance round-trip travel fee (2 - 2 1/2 hours) $300 - $400 plus tax. This is for travel to Tallahassee, Destin and Pensacola areas. Any other long-distance travel will be reviewed and a cost determined on a case-to-case basis. All travel fees will have a 6% Florida sales tax added.

Inclement Weather

There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party/event.  Light rain is not terms for cancellation or rescheduling.  Gaming will still continue inside the trailer only and larger parties will require swapping gamers out every so often as outside entertainment may be unavailable.  Since we are in a sub-tropical climate, if floods, tropical storms, severe thunderstorms or hurricanes are in the forecast, YOU MUST reschedule your event.  In the event of other severe weather such as lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, we may and reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the possibility of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance of a pending or anticipated storm, tropical storm or hurricane, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process. If you booked an event that requires long distance travel, YOU MUST check and monitor the weather from our base location to your event location. It is your responsibility to reschedule the party/event if any of the above listed weather conditions are in our travel path to your location. We WILL NOT travel long distances in heavy rain, heavy wind or severe thunderstorms. If TMG travels to your party/event location and the weather becomes severe or unsafe to operate, the travel fee is non-refundable. If you reschedule an event after TMG has traveled to your location, the $50.00 deposit will be applied to the new party/event date, and you will still be required to pay another travel/mileage fee. 

Young Children

And Disabilities

We do not require a parent or responsible adult to be present at the party/event. Children that are under the ae of 6 must be accompanied by an adult inside the trailer at all times. Toddlers and babies must be carried and held at all times and are not allowed to play with controllers or other items in the game trailer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please let your guests know about our 6 and under policy. Children and adults with disabilities MUST be accompanied by a caretaker at all times for thier safety.  

Alcohol/Drugs

We will reserve the right to refuse, cancel or stop any party/event or booking when alcohol is being consumed by any person/s or any person/s appear to be intoxicated. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Tino's Mobile Gaming Trailer or equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Refusal of service

Tino's Mobile Gaming staff reserves the right to refuse service to a client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat or hazard to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, mistreatment of our employees and equipment. In this case, we may refuse to start a party/event or terminate an ongoing party/event at anytime.

Damage or Injury

Tino's Mobile Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer or Nerf equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Tino's Mobile Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client and their guests. This also includes unintentional damage and theft of any device, controller or handheld console by any guest whether knowingly or unknowingly. Tino's Mobile Gaming or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Pictures and Videos

While your party/event is in operation, the Game Advisor may be taking pictures or video of the party from inside the trailer. We may post these pictures or video on our Facebook Page, Instagram and/or our website. (Absolutely no names or addresses will be posted unless requested.) If you do not want our Game Advisor taking these pictures or videos or posting them on Social Media and/or our website, please notify us via email or text prior to the party, or be sure to notify us during your event.

The Trailer

When the trailer and the vehicle pulling it arrives at your residence or venue, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party/event. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street,  give your neighbors a heads up about the party/event or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Game Advisor will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our vehicle and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 50 feet of space to park. We will not park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous locations. We will only park on solid concrete/asphalt/gravel areas. Additionally our Game Advisor will never park off of a hardened surface.

Mature Rated Games

Tino's Mobile Gaming will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game trailer without a request from the customer/parent prior to the party/event or adult approval on location. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us indicating the game/s you prefer or let the Game Advisor know as soon as you can after he/she gets there.
